Simple and delicious sugar cookies with only four ingredients!
Ingredients:
100g sugar
100g soften butter
3 egg yolks
210g flour
Step 1
Mix together the soften butter and the sugar with a hand mixer.
Step 2
Add the egg yolks and mix again.
Step 3
Add half of the flour and start mixing with a spatula.
Step 4
Add the other half of the flour and start to knead the dough with your hands. The dough should turn out very plastic and not stick to your hands.
Step 5
Cut the cookies with cookie cutter and transfer them to the baking sheet covered with parchment paper or teflon mat. Bake at 355 degrees for 12-15 minutes.
Notes:
If you have unsalted butter, add a pinch of salt.
To give the cookies a more interesting flavor you can add lemon zest or vanilla extract.
You can decorate the cookies with colorful sugar sprinkles.
