Egg Yolk Cookies

Simple and delicious sugar cookies with only four ingredients!

Ingredients
  

  • 100 g sugar
  • 100 g soften butter
  • 3 egg yolks
  • 210 g sifted flour

Method
 

  1. Mix together the soften butter and the sugar with a hand mixer.
  2. Add the egg yolks and mix again.
  3. Add half of the flour and start mixing with a spatula.
  4. Add the other half of the flour and start to knead the dough with your hands. The dough should turn out very plastic and not stick to your hands.
  5. Cut the cookies with cookie cutter and transfer them to the baking sheet covered with parchment paper or Teflon mat. Bake at 355 degrees for 12-15 minutes.

Notes

If you have unsalted butter, add a pinch of salt. To give the cookies a more interesting flavor you can add lemon zest or vanilla extract. You can decorate the cookies with colorful sugar sprinkles.
