No Sugar Blueberries Cake

This no sugar and no white flour cake has a very soft structure and delicate taste. It makes a great addition to morning coffee or afternoon snack.

Ingredients
  

  • 115 g old fashion rolled oats
  • 180 g whole wheat flour
  • 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 230 g Greek yogurt
  • 65 ml milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 140 ml honey/raw blue agave
  • 60 ml coconut oil
  • 225 g blueberries

Instructions
 

  • In two separate bowls mix together dry ingredients and wet ingredients.
  • Then add wet mixture to the dry ingredients and mix everything together.
  • Add blueberries and very gently mix again.
  • Transfer the dough to the baking dish covered with parchment paper and bake at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes.

Notes

All wet ingredients need to be at room temperature.
