Moist Chocolate Bundt Cake
This Chocolate Bundt Cake is everything you want in a homemade chocolate cake. It’s incredibly moist, light and fluffy with the right balance of sweetness without being overly rich.

- 2 eggs at room temperature
- 270 g sugar
- 250 ml milk at room temperature
- 125 ml vegetable oil
- 400 g flour sifted
- 60 g cocoa powder
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 250 ml boilingwater
In a big bowl whisk together the eggs and sugar for about 5 minutes.
Add vegetable oil and milk at room temperature. Give it a stir.
Add the cocoa powder and the rest of the dry ingredients. Mix all well.
Add the boiling water and mix again until everything is incorporated well.
Transfer toa baking dish and bake at 350F degrees for 45-50 minutes. Let it cool andgarnish with chocolate syrup or sugar powder.
Be very careful when adding boiling water to the batter.
We used silicone form 6” wide on the bottom and 8” wide on the top.
