vegetable oil

eggs
at room temperature

ripe bananas

vanilla extract

Instructions
In a big bowl mix together all the dry ingredients except sugar.
In a second bowl mix together vegetable oil, sugar, eggs and vanilla extract.
On the cutting board smash all the bananas with a fork.
Add the wet ingredients and smashed bananas to the dry ingredients. Mix well.
Oil and flour the bread pan then transfer the dough to the bread pan. Garnish with nuts. Bake at 350 degrees about 50-55 minutes.
Notes
Check the banana bread with a wooden stick to see if it’s ready.
Let cool for 5 minutes in the bread pan before taking it out.
