Method
- In a big bowl mix together all the dry ingredients except sugar.
- In a second bowl mix together vegetable oil, sugar, eggs and vanilla extract.
- On the cutting board smash all the bananas with a fork.
- Add the wet ingredients and smashed bananas to the dry ingredients. Mix well.
- Oil and flour the bread pan then transfer the dough to the bread pan. Garnish with nuts. Bake at 350 degrees about 50-55 minutes.
Notes
Check the banana bread with a wooden stick to see if it’s ready.
