Cream Cheese Frosting

Light and delicate frosting that takes less than 5 minutes to make.

Ingredients
  

  • 300 g cold cream cheese I use Philadelphia
  • 100 g powdered sugar
  • 100 ml cold heavy whipping cream
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract optional

Method
 

  1. Mix together cold cream cheese and powdered sugar until light and fluffy.
  2. Keep the mixer running add cold heavy whipping cream and mix for a couple more minutes or until you have a nice even and fluffy consistency.
  3. Transfer the frosting to the piping bag and decorate the cupcakes.

Notes

Use cold cream cheese and whipping cream.
