Cream Cheese Frosting
Light and delicate frosting that takes less than 5 minutes to make.
Ingredients
- 300 g cold cream cheese I use Philadelphia
- 100 g powdered sugar
- 100 ml cold heavy whipping cream
- 1 tsp vanilla extract optional
Instructions
- Mix together cold cream cheese and powdered sugar until light and fluffy.
- Keep the mixer running add cold heavy whipping cream and mix for a couple more minutes or until you have a nice even and fluffy consistency.
- Transfer the frosting to the piping bag and decorate the cupcakes.
Notes
Use cold cream cheese and whipping cream.
