Cream Cheese Frosting

Light and delicate frosting that takes less than 5 minutes to make.

Ingredients
  

  • 300 g cold cream cheese I use Philadelphia
  • 100 g powdered sugar
  • 100 ml cold heavy whipping cream
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract optional

Instructions
 

  • Mix together cold cream cheese and powdered sugar until light and fluffy.
  • Keep the mixer running add cold heavy whipping cream and mix for a couple more minutes or until you have a nice even and fluffy consistency.
  • Transfer the frosting to the piping bag and decorate the cupcakes.

Notes

Use cold cream cheese and whipping cream.
