Moist Chocolate Bundt Cake

This Chocolate Bundt Cake is everything you want in a homemade chocolate cake.It’s incredibly moist, light and fluffy with the right balance of sweetness without being overly rich.

Ingredients:

2 eggs at room temperature
270g sugar
250 ml milk at room temperature
125ml vegetable oil
400g sifted flour
60g cocoa powder
1 1/2 tsp baking soda
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
250ml boiling water

Step 1

In a big bowl whisk together the eggs and sugar for about 5 minutes.

Step 2

Add vegetable oil and milk at room temperature. Give it a stir.

Step 3

Add the cocoa powder and the rest of the dry ingredients. Mix all well.

Step 4

Add the boiling water and mix again until everything is incorporated well.

Step 5

Transfer to a baking dish and bake at 350F degrees for 45-50 minutes. Let it cool and garnish with chocolate syrup or sugar powder.

Notes:

Be very careful when adding boiling water to the batter.

We used silicone form 6” wide on the bottom and 8” wide on the top.

  • Transfer toa baking dish and bake at 350F degrees for 45-50 minutes. Let it cool andgarnish with chocolate syrup or sugar powder.
