Hey everyone! I’m Valeriya and I’m very excited to welcome you to my Pastry Madness kitchen
I’m not a professional baker, I’m just a mom of three kiddos (11, 8 and 6 years old), that love experimenting in the kitchen. I was born and raised in Russia so sometimes my style of baking goods may be different from the traditional American treats.
I’m not a recipe developer but I like a challenge, I try a lot of different recipes and sometimes I make a little changes to the ingredient ratio. I like to bake from scratch cookies, cakes, pastry treats, and from time to time I make a delicious desserts.
I’m always in conflict with myself between a piece of cookie/pastry/candy and my diet, but baking is therapy for me, even with my kids running around me in the kitchen.
